How To Install
AFX-R7 Series Packaged Kits
All kits include: 304 stainless steel braided AFX-R7-Series (SAE30R7) hose
with a bright, clean hose with stainless clamps and precision machined
chrome plated aluminum hex covers.

Tools Needed:
Tape Measure, Tape, Phillips Screw Driver, Heavy Duty Scissors or Cable Cutters, Hose and Clamps

Measure Old Hose
Measure your old hose

Tape and Cut Allflex Hose
Tape with one wrap of tape and cut the Allflex hose to length. Make a clean flush cut and trim all excess wires.

Inspect the clamp
Look inside the clamps and make sure that they will not interfere with the hose when inserting. Use the screwdriver to open clamp by turning the screw counterclockwise until clamp is flush inside hex cover. This procedure makes assembling effortless.

Insert Hose
Insert the hose into the clamp. Give a slight twist while holding both pieces tightly.

Bottom the hose out
Make sure that the hose is inserted completely into the clamp cover.

Finished Hose
Install the other end in the same fashion, confirm length and install.
