Dear Member;
Project 100, Inc./The Hartford Community Center is proud to announce it’s new beginnings.
With new Board Members recently appointed, Project 100’s board now consists of 14
uniquely qualified and hard working men & women from all areas of our diverse community.
They bring to Project 100 their individual talents, strengths and ideas, and will
work as a team to make The Connecticut Center a driving force in Connecticut now
and for years to come.
And with a new board comes a whole new Community Center. Project 100/The Hartford
Community Center is now known as The Connecticut Pride Center, Inc. We also have a
new logo more fitting with the center and the Diverse Community we serve. A very
talented graphic artist from Massachusetts, by the name of Todd Lemieux, designed
the new logo. The CT PRIDE Center is truly grateful to him for his generosity and
hard work. In the near future, The Connecticut Pride Center, Inc. will also expand
its space and move into what was formerly the Living Center. More information on
this will be forthcoming.
The executive board members are:
Ralph Arena, President;
Kevin R Brookman, Vice-President;
Antonia Loconte, Secretary;
Trevor Reynolds, Treasurer; and
Natasha R. Lombardi, Assistant Treasurer.
The members at large consist of Bonnie Whelan, Sid Lizzotte, Lisa Muller, Brook Marlow,
Michael Morgan, Jennifer Hadlock, Jan Appellof, Justin Porter and Gary Turner.
These members bring to The CT PRIDE Center; a new energy like has never been seen before!
Also on board at the center is Patrique Alton Hurd, as the director of our all-new &
groundbreaking theatre group, CT Pride On Stage. She is in the process of putting
together a season of very exciting plays and musicals. The season will start in
March with the production of Terrence McNally’s Corpus Christi
